How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $11 Australia-wide and free delivery for all orders over $99. Our standard shipping option delivers within 3 - 10 days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

If you've made your purchase as a registered member, you may track your order via a link through your account.

RETURNS

How do I request a return, exchange or refund?

We offer free returns! You can easily request a free return online by following these steps:

  • Log in to your account dashboard
  • View Order History and select the order you wish to return
  • Click 'Return Items' underneath your order number
  • Select 'return', 'exchange' or 'keep' against each item in your order, and click 'Continue' to create your return label
  • Your Australia Post return label will be emailed to you. Print and attach it to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post Office or Red Post Box.

No printer? Present the digital copy of your return label at the post office and they will print it for you.

What if I don't have an account?

If you don't have an account, enter your order number, email address and post code from the login page.

What happens once you receive my return?

Once your items have been returned safely to us, you'll be notified and refunded. Exchanging items? We'll send you new tracking information once your new items are on their way.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Once your goods have been received by NNT, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The timing depends on your financial institution.<

What are my options when I return an item bought online?

NNT provides you with three return options:

  • Exchange to a different size or colour (same style only)
  • Full refund to your original method of payment
  • Issuance of a gift voucher
What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted or sale styles, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns are accepted for change of mind on full-price goods purchased online within 60 days from date of invoice, or at any time if goods are deemed faulty. Items must be in their original condition with tags/labels attached and be physically received before processing.

This policy applies to products purchased from the website NNT.com.au.

What happens if my product is faulty?

If you find a fault with one of our products, please email a picture of the fault to onlinestore@nnt.com.au. NNT will cover all costs for return and delivery.

What happens if I return an item purchased with a gift voucher?

If you return items purchased with a gift voucher, all monies refunded will be credited to a new gift voucher.

Who gets the refund if I return a gift?

The refund will be credited to the original card or account used for the purchase.
